I prefer to work on project estimates. And my clients tend to agree. My estimates are based on an hourly rate. If the scope of the assignment changes significantly, I revise the estimate to reflect the expanded or decreased hours. Larger assignments are billed progressively. Smaller projects involve a deposit and final balance due upon completion.

Because not-for-profit organizations add so much to our communities, I offer a discounted rate to these institutions.
